Beet Ceviche Tostada with Jalapeño Cheeze

Ingredients:

  • 2 Beets

  • 1 Package of Botko’s Grainless Tostada’s

  • 1 vine tomato

  • 1/2 purple onion

  • Juice from 4 limes

  • Generous Pinch of Salt and Pepper

  • 2 tbs. parsley

  • 1/2 6oz Botko’s Jalapeño Cheeze

PROCESS:

  • STEP 1: Dice the beets, tomato, onion, and parsley.
    STEP 3: Boil the beets for 20 minutes.
    STEP 4: Add boiled beets and mix other ingredients together in a big bowl. STEP 5: Stop the tostada with Jalapeño Cheeze & Beet Ceviche, serve & enjoy!
